The National Sand Drag Association (NSDA) has announced new registration guidelines effective for the 2010 race season.

1. Pre-race registrations along with flyer and schedules are going out in the mail this week to our existing mailing list. One of the big changes this year is an increase in registrations fee for all classes, only applying to ON-SITE REGISTRATION only.

For example: If a racer pre-registers for Pro 1, their entry is still $200, but if they choose to register on site the on-site registration fee is $225.

Registration on-site for any of the available classes is an additional $25. $10 additional for Kids and Top Dog Jr. Dragsters.

Mail-in entries need to be POSTMARKED before Wednesday, March 10th for the March event. This is being done in an effort to speed up the waiting process during registration at the track.

Also, the registration trailer will not be open all day as it has been in the past. The hours it will be open will be clearly posted at the registration trailer and announced several times during the day from the tower trailer. It will remain open ONLY for spectators during the hours registration is closed. On-site registration hours will be announced shortly.

2. Armbands will be $10 per day, $30 for the weekend. Pit parking remains at $10. Outside parking is free.

More specifics regarding registration for the March event will be released in the coming days.
